Description
Registration is now open for 6th and 7th grade cheerleading. Our showcase Cheer teams will cheer at all the Middle School Basketball games starting in January. Cheer practices will be twice a week until games start, then once a week. Kids will learn showcase cheer where they will perform at halftime. 

Games are held at the Middle School Gym on these dates:
January 23rd at 4:15 
January 29th at 4:15
February 5th at 4:15
February 10th at 4:15
February 19th at 4:15
February 24th at 4:15
Waivers
By participating in Showcase Cheerleading, you understand the inherent risks involved. These risks can vary depending on the nature of the sport and the level of physical activity involved. Potential risks may include sprains, breaks and fractures. Accidents and collisions with other participants or equipment. Heat related injuries or dehydration during outdoor activity. As well as allergic reactions to certain materials or substances. Serious injury such as permanent paralysis and even death can accur in participation in the above activity. 
While GMPRD and its staff take measures to minimize these risks through proper supervision, safety guidelines, and equipment maintenance it's important to acknowledge that accidents and injuries can still occur. 
By participating in Showcase Cheerleading, you acknowledge and accept these risks, and understand GMPRD and its staff are not liable for any injuries that may occur during the course of the activity.
