Comic Book Drawing / November-December

Fridays, Starting November 7th 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM Middleton Community Center $100 / 5-week Program (No class November 28th) This beginner course will cover the basics of perspective, composition, silhouettes, storytelling and staying “on model” so that your characters are consistent in each frame. We’ll practice how to integrate all of these concepts and more into your comic book and your big ideas to life by learning these fundamentals. By the end of the course you’ll have a strong understanding of how these basics will enhance your comic book story.

Dani brings 8 years of industry experience as a 3D modeling and environment artist, backed by a degree in 2D & 3D Animation and Background Design. Come build your artistic confidence and explore the joy of drawing!

Supplies:

- 8 x 11 or bigger spiral bound sketchbook

- A pack of Generals pencils that include 6B, 4B, 2B, HB and 2H pencils

- A pack of micro pens or fine liner pens (black & grey)

- A good quality eraser
